Key Features

TK3300 Easy Load Truck Kiln The TK3300 is an industrial Front Loading kiln. Constructed of a durable low thermal mass insulation brick with two high grade backup insulation layers. The roof is a flat arch construction again with two layers of backup insulation, this is all enclosed within a robust high quality pressed steel powder coated frame.
Heavy duty Kanthal A1 spiral wound elements are used to heat the kiln, the elements positioned in grooves in the walls, door and floor giving uniform heat distribution throughout the chamber.
Additionally the elements are graded from top to bottom further aiding even temperature distribution within the kiln.
Type 'R' thermocouples fitted as standard.

Adjustable clasp door locks fitted.

Stainless steel surround.

Brick to brick door seal.

All kilns are fitted with a Harting socket for easy controller connection.

Mains power indicator.

Auto dampers fitted to roof vents.
