P3384 Wax emulsion resist

A pre-mixed water based masking medium used to coat areas on which no glaze is required.

Instructions for use

This wax emulsion, when applied on greenware or bisque as a method of decoration, "resists" application of glaze, slip and underglaze. When completely dry the the wax resist will repel any colour, glaze or material applied over it, excess on the surface of the wax must be wiped off. apply wax resist using a brush, or sponge to the area's you wish to 'cover'. It will burn off the surface of the clay during firing.
