Spectrum Underglazes.

All the spectrum underglaze range colours are lead free, non-toxic and dinnerware safe when covered with a dinnerware safe clear glaze.
We offer a full pallet of rich, vibrant colours what are opaque with 3 coats, semi opaque with 2 coats and semi-transparent with 1 coat. They are compatible foe use under most clear glazes.
Spectrum underglazes use a frit base which gives the advantage that they can be applies to greenware or bisque and used without a clear glaze covering. When used without the clear glaze the have a matte velvet like surface however they would not be considered dinnerware safe.
